In a step-by-step fashion you will learn what stretches you need to do and how to perform them accurately. Done correctly, stretching may help prevent running injuries. The running tips part of the program is based on John Hopple’s 20 years of running. These sound training principles applied on a consistent basis will help any runner to improve. Additional information contained in this DVD include when to replace running shoes, healthy eating habit, common running mistakes, pre-race meals, injury prevention, improving motivation, and comments about running form and mechanics.
