Filmed in 2003 in Austin, Texas, this film is set for theatrical release in Canada and the United States on December 23rd, 2005. This 94 minute comedy stars Johnny Knoxville, Brian Cox, and Katherine Heigi, was written by Ricky Blitt, and direction was by Barry W. Blaustein. The story line is that Steve Barker (Knoxville) attempts to rig the Special Olympics by pretending to be intellectually challenged. What he finds is that he is out-classed and the athletes are on to him, yet they join together to try to beat the cocky reining champion. An opportunity is then formed to see who posess the heart of a true winner.
