This is a four week program from New Zealand that will help you improve your running technique through a series of progressive drills. Hosted by coach Ali Dennis, you will be introduced to four principles to more effective running and then begin the drills to incorporate these efficiencies into your running. In addition to four color coded cue cards (one for each week), a 32 page booklet is included that outlines the principles, specific drills, overall plan and maintenance. Each cue card represents a progressive week of drills and outlines for you drill sets based on your level of fitness and can easily be taken along during your training session. Several athletes, both men and women, demonstrate each drill on the DVD as they are introduced and broken down into smaller pieces. Three time World Mountain Running Champion, Jonathan Wyatt, helps demonstrate some of the drills in week four.
